Configure PixelView for PAL-N TV standard

Dear Gentlemen

We have a pixel view playTV Mpeg-2 PCI card and run
PC-BSD 1.2 on a P-4 machine.

Went through the manual step by step but couldn't get
a display with any program.

Added the line
bktr_load="YES"
to /boot/loader.conf

yet the dmesg.boot indicates:

bktr0: <BrookTree 878> mem 0xdf000000-0xdf000fff irq
22 at device 10.0 on pci2
bktr0: [GIANT-LOCKED]
bktr0: Warning - card vendor 0x1554 (model 0x4011)
unknown.
bktr0: Pinnacle/Miro TV, Temic PAL I tuner.
pci2: <multimedia> at device 10.1 (no driver attached)

Per manual, tried

PCBSD# sysctl hw.bt848.card=20
hw.bt848.card: 16 -> 20

and also

PCBSD# sysctl hw.bt848.tuner=2
hw.bt848.tuner: -1 -> 2

Any tips/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
