Real Player on Firefox under FreeBSD 5.4 not playing video

Hey all,
 
I am in a hurry to the movies so this will be short. I appologize. I am having 
some difficulty in getting realplayer feeds to show in Firefox. I get audio 
but no piture. Either a blank screen or some jumbled mess. Is there a fix to 
this? Also is it possible to not use helix at all but mplayer to play 
realplayer feeds? If so how is this done? Thanks for the help and if you need 
more info, just asks
