Supported uaudio(4) devices

Hello, 

I now use Creative Technology SB Live! 24-bit External 
and Creative Technology SB Digital Music on FreeBSD-current 
with Julian Elischer's patch <20050410195645.GA2178 at cnd.mcgill.ca>
and Mathew Kanner's patch <20050312194401.GH2944 at cnd.mcgill.ca>.
But these can't be used without Mathew Kanner's patch 
or Julian Elischer's patch (kern/74893).
I have never checked it, but I guess that 
these can't be used on FreeBSD-stable and 5.4-RC, too.
