	I've quite confused by the statement above.  I think you mean
that FreeBSD-5.1+ has a problem where...and we need to enable legacy
mode on the ich4(only) by poking a register?

	Are you confident that if I commit this patch, it won't
disrupt other ich users? (It would be helpful if others with ich
hardware would let us know :) )
