I think it's a XCD (not a XVCD!) image. You won't be able to mount it,
it isn't anything near iso9660 compatible... There's software to read it
with Windows, but I don't know of a program capable of understanding it
on any unix system.
Actually, Microsoft is sort of a mixture between the Borg and the Ferengi.
