Patch to 6.8.0.96, support for powerpc64


Based this patch on the latest one from Igor (209678).

- Updated to the latest available version of mono,
- Formatted the Makefile using ports-mgmt/portfmt,
- Changed bsd.port.mk to bsd.port.post.mk (to please portlint and poudriere)

Sonarr is happily running using this version on my amd64 machine. Swapfile
usage is a lot less with this newer version of mono.
