status of mono mailing list and team?

After investigating the following email:

I've looked at the state of the mono ports, PRs, and (wiki) documentation.
ISTM that there are issues with the state of all three.  Is the mono team
still active?  Does it need fresh blood?  Are people overcommitted?

fwiw, the email is "Question for users and consumers of lang/mono and
NuGet" and was posted to freebsd-ports@ 20190722.  So far there have
been no replies.  I suppose it should have been cross-posted to mono@
as well.
