So poudriere is giving you an error about files missing from STAGEDIR, right? We should be able to fix this by marking them as only existing in certain arches. I haven't had to do this before, but I'm pretty sure I've seen it in a couple other ports. If you can paste your error here I can propose a pkg-plist change for you to apply.
