Can you please add this line to the Makefile and tell me if it fixes the
problem:
MAKE_ENV+= LC_ALL=C
We already have such a line for lang/mono, but I did not had the problem
personally. It it's enough to fix the build, I will commit this instead
of a more complex workaround.
