There's nothing wrong with Gentoo ;-) In fact, it works better on my T530 than FreeBSD. And I don't think my next laptop after that will be a Lenovo, their current line products are badly designed and make it particularily hard to run non-Windows systems since so many functions that were buttons or LEDs are now in software.
