HP NX7400 - ACPI problems

Yes I've forced my laptop to suspend. Firstly I have to remove the bfe
driver and load vesa module for console. So without bfe suspend shold work.
Also loaded bfe cause an apic storm when starting X with playing music. 
I've tried to implement suspend/resume device methods for this driver and 
did it like in Linux - driver detachs on suspend and retachs on resume but
system still don't wanna wake up with it.
