FreeBSD 6* support for Sierra Wireless AirCard 555

Hi,

I plan to switch to FreeBSD 6.1-RELEASE on my Dell Latitude D400
laptop, which has a Sierra Wireless AirCard 555 installed (presently
it works fine under Debian GNU/Linux sarge).

Has someone got this card working under FreeBSD? Searching on the net
gave me some pointers, such as this:

but I am confused.

I'd appreciate if someone can help me getting it working on FreeBSD.
