devd doesn't work with OLDCARD (well, it does, but just pretend it
doesn't and you'll be happy).  You need to use pccardd.

Here's hwat I have in my /etc/rc.conf:

pccard_enable=YES
pccard_mem=0xd4000		# maybe different
pccard_ifconfig=DHCP
