Realtek RTL8196 support

Hello Mori!

I look on it while ago and drop that idea. It has very old MIPS core which
is not supported by FreeBSD kernel (IIRC). And it is used in devices with
very limited amount of resources (RAM, Flash, CPU clock, etc). So I decide
to not touch it :)
