Edge Router Lite runs out of memory on buildworld

Hi,

for a few months now I have been building CURRENT on an Edge Router Lite,
last successful build was about a week ago:

% uname -a

Today buildworld failed with the system running out of memory
on building libc.so:

Kernel is built with "options NO_SWAPPING", so there is no swap space at all.
I will try again without tmpfs now, to see if this frees enough memory.
