Root filesystems for Cavium evaluation board

I'm decide to use CD9660 packet with geom_ulzma or geom_uzip, because
CD9660 have less metadata and ulzma/gzip make very small suitable to
routers/APs. But of course it is read-only.

/etc packet in tar.gz stored in few flash blocks.
