[Updated patch] (Finally) migrate MIPS and SPARC64 to libcompiler_rt

It would be nice if we could get a stack trace to see which
libcompiler-rt functions it calls. If that's not possible, just rm -Rf
contrib/compiler-rt/lib/sparc64 and try again. That way we can already
determine whether it's caused by the optimized divide/modulo code.
