All the changes in projects/mips branch was merged into head a few
weeks ago now.

If you have an old tree you'd like to update, I'm told that
	svn switch svn://svn.freebsd.org/base/head
would merge the changes between the old mips branch you are on and the
current -head.

The October 14th code base likely is too old to work properly on real
hardware. IIRC, that was about the time I just started to push the
cavium octeon support into the projects/mips tree and the work was
fairly incomplete at that time.
