Not at all.

Whilst discussion is really off-topic for this list, I can say with  
considerable authority that experience with FreeBSD system  
administration (which, let's face it, is often largely applications  
administration) is a great start as a MacOS X admin.

Furthermore, this list is frequented by a large number of clueful  
folks, many of whom don't typecast themselves as "just" FreeBSD admins.

In these times, I'd say that someone actually looking for a job would  
be happy to see these postings. 8)
