Nemeth/Martin has an immediate need for a Business Analyst with Pharmaceutical experience!!


Job Description:This person will be responsible for systems analysis, functional requirements, process analysis, and project management for projects relating to research and exploratory development. This person will work within a team, comprising of members from a technical services group, discovery research, scientific computing, and people with similar roles from other sites, to define informatics solutions that align with research productivity gains as well as to ensure that global systems meet site specific needs. This person will be responsible for aligning the informatics solutions with enterprise wide efforts and the global portfolio planning processes. Leadership is an important component of this position, as this person will ensure successful system development and implementation through effective communication, negotiation and thoughtful analysis. This person will work across and within the hub and spoke model to provide local service tied to the global organization. Candidate must have experience in the area if IT supporting Discovery business line of Pharmaceutical companies.  
 
The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of business experience, preferably in Pharmaceuticals. This experience should include demonstrated systems analysis, project proposals, project initiations and project definition as well as demonstrated oral and written presentation skills.
