It is full time.  Full benefits etc.  

Experience in Solaris, Linux, xBSD are good.  Some knowledge of 
routers, firewalls and Windows stuff would be a help.  The windows 
stuff is just for the local office stuff.  We have about 20 desktops 
and servers that need minimal poking now and again.
