[Bug 237208] java/openjdk11: port to powerpc64

Hello Greg, Hello everyone,
For me, the question is whether it is worth buying a G5 today to support
ppc64 permanently, if incompatibilities with Power8 / 9 are to be expected.
I have an Apple G4 available.
Thanks, Mikael for the bootstrapjdk aarch64, runs flawlessly on an
AWS-Graviton machine.

Greg, can you please issue a "roadmap" which hardware we should support
permanently (the next one would normally be sparc64). Should aarch64 builds
be created? Currently there is an AWS-AMI aarch64 FreeBSD13 available for
all, FreeBSD11 /12aarch64 would have to be patched first in the source code
to create AMIs that could be worked on synchronously ...
Or should we prefer to take care of other things in jdk11 / 12?
