JDK 11 now ported to i_386

I provided the bootstrap-jdk_i386 here : https://sourceforge.net/projects/openjdk-jdk11u/ i,
including all files for the reason you can use and  test it before something based on it it goes to the ports-tree ,
next time I will use your hint .
