Patch for devel/jenkins-lts

devel/jenkins-lts fails initial recommended plugin installation, hanging at ant
plugin install. A restart allows access to jenkins dashboard but update and
plugin installation is broken, and jenkins times out fetching
https://updates.jenkins-ci.org/update-center.json. I've attached a patch that
fixes this on my end, but the real solution is to find what's causing the
incompatibility between the versions of devel/jenkins-lts and java/openjdk8 in
the ports tree.
