javavmwrapper-2.4 does not always choose the right java vm

Actually, it works as designed.  You may not like the design, but it does
function the way I expect it to.

As someone has already replied, if you want it to only use the internal
logic there is now an environment variable you can set to get that
behaviour.  This may result in utilities installed by some ports not
working as they were intended to, but you'll get the behaviour you want.
