Regarding java/118956: eclipse and netbeans break on diablo-jdk15

It seems this can be closed now. Both of these ports are now linked with
JAVA_VERSION 1.6, and openjdk is now the default, so these ports shouldn't
be building against diablo anymore.

Any objection to updating pr information and closing?
