Yes, it seems that this is a problem with the javavmwrapper. I havent
changed my PATH or deleted realpath.
root at staging.local:~# echo $PATH
/sbin:/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/usr/games:/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/root/bin
root at staging.local:~# /bin/realpath
usage: realpath [-q] path [...]
