tzupdater is out of date

Hello

I'm installing Java (java/jdk16) in a jail and noticed that the
tzupdater package is updated on Sun's website.

My (latest) ports collection expects tzupdater-1_3_6-2008c.zip, but the
latest from Sun is tzupdater-1_3_9-2008g.zip.
