eclipse-3.3: where can I help out?

Increasingly, I need to work with eclipse-3.3 specific plugins, so I 
would be interested in helping the current porting efforts if I could.

Does anybody have some place (i.e. a port tarball) for me to start, or 
could summarize the current issues?
