Removal of www/jakarta-tomcat4 and www/jakarta-tomcat5

Sounds reasonable to me.  A simple grep over INDEX shows that 
extsm-1.0_1 (www/extsm) depends on jakarta-tomcat5, though, so we should 
take these into account.
