JBoss4 Configuration Set

Does anyone know if it is possible to specify a JBoss4 configuration set
 when installing JBoss4 from the ports?  More specifically, I want to
add EJB3 support to JBoss4 and I have done this in the past by
specifying the EJB3 configuration set during with the JBoss 4 installer
(on other platforms that is).  Any suggestion would be greatly appceciated.
