jdk & WRKDIRPREFIX

I have recently build both java/jdk14 and java/jdk15 on several machines with 
WRKDIRPREFIX and all worked as expected. It must be something on your side. I 
can only suggest to remove everything under WRKDIRPREFIX and restart the 
build.
