Can't download patch set from website

I'm attempting to install jdk14 from the ports tree and the requested
patch file can not be located by me.  clicking on accept on the page
'http://eyesbeyond.com/freebsddom/java/JDK14SCSLConfirm.html' just
brought me back to 'http://eyesbeyond.com/freebsddom/java/index.html'.
I tried it with opera, firefox and lynx, all with the same results. I
have a direct connection to the internet and am not using a proxy.

Thanks for any help I can get.
