Yes.  The experiemental patchset itself contains a ChangeLog file which
should be up to date.  The README file and BUILD file will likely be out
of date and need a little bit of work before patchset 2.

Main highlights:

. OpenBSD support.
. Plugin support (i386 only).
. Java Web Start support (i386 only).
