Binding JVM and Java Applications

Dear friends,

    all java applications are dependent on the JVM. We all package our java applications and expect it to work on a system where JVM is installed. While packageing your application, is it not possible to package your JVM with it i mean the important folders in a java compiler the /bin,/lib /jre. Would it work.?
