A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
When i start Borland JBuilder 8 or 9 (Personal), the application goes down with the following message:

Unexpected Signal : 11 occured at PC=0x2A24AEBF
Function=[Unknown.]
Library=(N/A)
