preferred jail management tool

I need to update the docs for iocage, it runs on 9,10 and 11. In the latest
version (1.4.6) the tag name can be used to identify the jail when
executing any of the sub-commands in addition to UUIDs - basically tags and
UUIDs are interchangeable (skarekrow's great idea). I would love to add/see
docker support in the future - if time will allow and 64bit linuxulator
catches up.
Jails and VIMAGE should be a top priority for FreeBSD, there is a lot of
emerging technologies and hype around containerization lately and
unfortunately Linux crowd gets all the attention even if their
implementations are very much behind what FreeBSD can offer today.
Cheers
