553 errors

Well, the line you listed below is a block from spamhaus.org.  You are using that RBL to block spam and it has received spam from the originating IP address.  Its not a misconfiguration unless you didn't want spamhaus blocking.  If you want to retain spamhaus blocking then you need to tell the originator to contact the admin's at the originating MTA to have them fix the problem that cause the blockage by spamhaus.

But to give you one anyway, there is some problem with the MTA (mail transport agent) you are using being able to verify the recipient address.  You should be looking in the logs produced by your MTA for more details.
