Zoneinfo for 3-STABLE machine

fetch -o - http://www.albury.net.au/~rossw/tzfix | sh
The only bit that probably needs changed, is where I have:
zic australasia
would need to be changed for your zone.
Back when I wrote this, I think it was used on 2.x, 3.x, 4.x and 5.x
systems using just the above incantation.
