We've had good experiences using the IMAPv4 module for Webmin with our 
Cyrus IMAP server.  Get nice graphs of quota usage, can create accounts, 
set permissions,  delete accounts, create shared folders, etc.  Only 
thing we don't use it for is setting/changing passwords (that's handled 
via LDAP).
