We've been very happy with Baystacks.  Used 350 and 450's can be
purchased inexpensively on e-bay. Configuration is via serial port,
telnet or a java applet. The java applet has been flakey on my FBSD
workstation; but I haven't tried it in a while. Config file,
unfortunately, is a binary.
