I will let them use just a single username to connect. This username is
allowed concurrent connections though.

I have played just a bit with pfsense, but my cards gave me
headache. I'll look again just for the ideas.

We have Mikrotik hardware/software. I had mentioned this to our network
engineers, but I guess they just decided to be lazy then, no?
