You should make a crash dump and show backtrace of the kernel panic.
This will help in solving the problem. And let's move to stable@
list, because it is the place where problems in FreeBSD STABLE
versions is discussed.

The first one means that the on chip input ring was filled
with packets, that OS was not able to process.
