FreeBSD 5.5 -> 6.1 for ISP purposes

Any specific procedure you followed?
I tried: http://people.freebsd.org/~rse/upgrade/freebsd-upgrade-5x-6x.txt
But that does seem to have some minor problems as audit does not exist 
in /etc/group for instance.
