[server bounce message] Regarding a recent mail delivery attempt.

My son wants his ISP to filter out spam as mine does.
My ISP is /surfside.net./
Evidently /surfside.net/ uses your spam screening program.
How can I tell my son something for him to do to get rid of his spam?
Maybe get his host server to buy or subscribe to your program???
Please help!
