Best IDE RAID5 solution for FreeBSD 5.2 ?

really broken? [After having been tested/thrashed in a separate box to 
verify it's condition?]

FWIW - We've been using 3ware controllers here for over a year now... We 
switched from DPT (aka Adaptec i2o) controllers over to 3ware because of 
the FreeBSD support & cost implications - and so far [crossing fingers] - 
we've never had any problems...
