web-cyradm/apache2+vhosts

Greetings..

 I'm having VERY hard time trying to get 
web-cycyradmo work.  I have all the
prprereqsnstalled and working (I think).
But when I point my browser to the root
directory of web-cycyradm get an
"infinite redirection" error.  I tried 
to search through the web-cycyradmailing
lists and I see lots of rereferencesut
no solutions.  I tried to mail the
list, but I get no response.  Has anyone
seen/solved this?
