excellent work to be found at
http://www.cymru.com/Documents/bogon-list.html There is also an -announce
list that you can subscribe to at
http://puck.nether.net/mailman/listinfo/bogon-announce

There is no need to reinvent the wheel on this topic, and several good
reasons not to.
