Don't use DUMMYNET standalone... use DUMMYNET + src limit !!!

put each "client" on a separate pipe *plus* limiting the number of 
connections 'per client'.

Kazaa (and several "download accelerators") make several connections 
simultaneous.....

`man ipfw` helps You on correct sintaxe....
