ASUS card not recognized

Hello,

I have Asus card that is not recognized on 5.2-CURRENT.

pciconf displays:

none at pci0:17:0:        class=0x028000 card=0x17040675 chip=0x06751043
rev=0x02 hdr=0x00
    vendor   = 'Asustek Computer Inc.'
    device   = 'HFC-S PCI A Cologne Chip'
    class    = network

I tried to insert this line:

{ 0x06751043, 0x0675, 0x1704,  "ASUSCOM P-IN100-ST-D (Winbond W6692,
0x06751043)" },

into i4b_iwic_pci.c but after that kernel says:

Can anybody help me with this, please?
